I owned a photography studio for 9 years. At the end of 2013, I shut my doors forever to start a new chapter in a new city. I sold almost everything I owned including all of my professional gear, downgraded to a Fuji X-series camera (which I fell in LOVE with) and moved my life to Seattle, Washington.
On July 4th someone stole that camera.
The one I had just sold my gear for.
The only one I had left.
To add insult to injury, this is the second time this has happened. The first time came with a busted car window and about $30k worth of 5Ds and Canon L-glass jacked from my backseat the first few hours into a New York City visit. They also took an iMac and a few other expensive items.
Death to Stock helped me get a new Camera to get up and shooting again, starting with some photos for them and their audience.
